A Cyber-Psychologist-Programmer-Computer Scientist-Entrepreneur-Artist-ex-Air Traffic Controller, Amnon has been working with digital technology since 1980 (when he got his first Sinclair Z80 “computer”). Since then he has spent his time exploring the leading edge of User Experience Design in Industry (Award of Excellence in Information Design (CommArts Magazine 1996 for the Discovery Channel Online), Design Distinction Award (ID Magazine) and a Pulitzer Nomination for the Bosnia Website designed for the NY Times in 1996) and in Art (Pulse Art Gallery NYC 1995; Postmasters NYC, 1996; Goes, Netherlands, 1998;  Interact 2003;  Nissui Kelim, Israel 2005, 2006; Um-El-Fahm Gallery, Israel 2007).

Amnon was the founding director of the Digital Media Program at the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel (1996 – 1999) and participated in the first Internet bubble as the co-founder of Earthnoise Inc, the first video sharing community web service (7 years before YouTube, and alas, 7 years too early). Today Amnon juggles a PhD in Computer Science (interfacing the physical and mobile worlds), teaching PostPC technology and New Human Computer Interaction (at the Hebrew University) and TEXperience (at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem), building a new company for the second internet bubble (VP Product and User Experience at TriPlay Inc), and parenting.
